Return / Exchange Policy

At Calm Ocean WA, we genuinely want you to love your purchase. We put a great deal of care into providing high-quality products, and your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason, you’re not completely happy, we’ll do our best to make it right.

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your item. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return (for non-fault-related issues where applicable), your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it 

  • Unworn or unused

  • Unwashed 

  • With all original tags attached 

  • In its original packaging 

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@calmoceanwa.com.au. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items (unless faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law) 

  • Gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and advise whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
